I guess it's the best place to eat in the small town of biržai. pilies skliautai is a cozy restaurant in authentic surroundings. the personal could be more pleasant, but eating is really good. they also offer vegetarian options. you can also book reservations for a complete restaurant or separate halls.
Sunday working time was not updated on google maps, also we could not find any information on the web page. came, but it was closed.
Don't bother. You are lucky if it works at all. Mostly booked for events only.
