Don’t k... read more Delighted to have found this little gem when we were driving down the Main Street of Birr. Staff are top class, so willing to accommodate to your needs. Don’t know her name but a young lady with long black hair tied back, I told her I was gluten intolerant, she made me a yummy sandwich, very fresh ingredients and it really was delicious. Very busy bakery/coffee shop. Well done to all, I will definitely call back when I’m passing.

I can describe my experience there as one of the best bakeries in the region, sourdough bread and french baguette are my favourites, always fresh and crusty. I am not into pâtissier stuff but I have to say that the cinnamon rolls and cakes made from scratch, you really taste the difference. A nice place to visit.
