I must say, the very good gricia, in the cacio and pepper I would have liked maybe more pepper since it was practically absent and a small disappointment is stara matriciana. The cheek was very good and cooked well but the sauce seemed to me as if it was put to the end. All in all I ate well and the price is 16€ per person since it is a minimum dish for two, even the good portions anyway, come out that you have full belly
