While some diners were disappointed by slow service and a lack of certain menu items, others praised the divine food and excellent service. Owned by Richard Turner, Turners Restaurant has earned its place among the best restaurants in Birmingham with its innovative dishes and mellow atmosphere. Despite some minor flaws, it remains a top choice for those looking for a high-quality dining experience in the area.
There was a toast with truffle, a parmesan donut and a deep-fried beet tip with cep powder. all consumed, as we were hungry. there was an salatstarter
We had such a beautiful cursor that a sortiment of amouse bouche, appetizer and suitable weeping for only the framed celeriac with hazelnut foam prestarter, and the seabass and gnocchi with shaved white truffles were perfectly executed as well as totally spoilable.
A little catastrophe. we arrived at our time of booking. we have a table fortunate, but others arrived and were sent away. we were close to the door, so every time it opened, we felt a cold air pull. I'm sorry that the front of the house personnel was so clear that the relaying service was in melting. sometimes we seemed to be forgotten and eating came out so slowly. some dishes were worth waiting for others, not like that. we didn't get out until we left. others were more upset. instead of enjoying the evening most, they felt in a comedy.
Birmingham. perhaps not the British city they think of for their gastronomic preference, but the capital west midlands has established itself as the second main goal of Britain behind london calmly. the clear proof of this is a neighboring restaurant in leafy harborne, where chef richard turner delivers his classic yet creative menu. like all good neighboring restaurants it is intimate but relaxed, the maître d’ knows its things and the reception is warm. even better for the inhabitants of harborne, eating is exceptional.
In Turners Restaurant, chef Richard Turner has created a small pocket of Michelin-star dining in Birmingham , sitting unconspicuously on Harborne High Street.
