One of my favorite pubs in Birmingham really old school front bar. Good selection of beers! Guests can visit this weekend. Edit that the Bank Holiday was just gone. Had a few pints and was fantastic on the roof top. Warm weather helps, but overall only a great pub and great atmosphere. View all feedback.
Food tasted very good, would have loved some extra roast potatoes. I would suggest tables need candles in my opinion.
The four of us had a lovely evening at The Church. Great food....2 x fish and chips and 2 specials, all delicious and 2 bottles of house wine. Great value and excellent service. Definitely 5 stars!
This is one of my favourite bars. Great place and choice of drinks. Well worth a visit
Excellent Sunday lunch in a beautiful old pub. Dining room is found at the back. We had the pork belly and beef both were beautifully cooked and melt in the mouth. All roasts include Cauliflower cheese and veg. Our selection included kale, rainbow chard, leeks and beans this was in addition to the parsnip, carrot and potato on the main plate. The apple and berry crumble was full of flavour and the creme anglaise provided a perfect addition. Very reasonably priced given the quality of the food and the excellent service.
Recently opened again under new management it's back to being a great little gem in the jewellery quarter. Great choice of beers, wines, spirits select cocktails. Roof terrace is fab. Tried the Sunday lunch at last visit it was so good. Obviously well thought out, as they use good fresh vegetables including rainbow carrots, beetroot lovely roast potatoes cauliflower cheese. Portions were very generous we loved the mini jug of gravy each. Chilled place, great staff, a must go to.
