read moreNestled alongside the canal, The Boat Inn offers a charming escape with a mix of greetings—spirited praise and hushed disappointment. Diners appreciate the friendly staff and generous portions, particularly of hearty dishes like lasagna and burgers. The pub also earns accolades for its diverse drink selection and delightful atmosphere, perfect for a sunny day. However, some guests faced significant delays and dissatisfaction with their meals, raising concerns about consistency in quality. Despite mixed experiences, The Boat’s rustic charm and potential for great food leave many eager to return, promising a visit might yield a delightful culinary adventure.
