I recently ordered a Chinese departure from here after exhausting all my other local departures that are unfortunately all downhill. I ordered the young chow fried rice, which was delicious and the part was very generous. We’ve been loyal customers for over 12 years. But in the past 2 years service has been abysmal. It appears that if you order through Justeat or Deliveroo that you are more of a priority customer than those who telephone order or order in person. Typically the last few times we have ordered we are told that it will be 15-20 mins but invariably ends up being between 45-60 mins wait, while Justeat and Deliveroo are in a... View all feedback.
