This restaurant is probably the best chip shop in the area. The prices are reasonable and the food is high quality. I used to go to cheaper places in Erdington, but for just a pound or two more, you can get much better value here. The mixed kebab meat is delicious and the fish is tasty as well. You can tell it's a popular spot because there is often a line out the door. It's a local chip shop, so it does close relatively early around 9:30pm. This means that the selection may be limited after 9:00pm.
Situated in Walmley village, this is one of the better fish and chips shops in the area. Thrust mini fish and chips with curry or peas is great value for small appetites. Only drawback is parking as it’s on the main road with very limited places to park in peak times
Been going here for ages. Had friends round from London so we needed a good local chippy to feed us all. 2 fish n chips 1 meat wrap Just over £16 They take cards so no running around for cash. Friends from London said how good value it was and also how good the fish was. I could have told them that myself!! Anyways. Definitely worth a visit. Didn't take pics but the empty plates spoke for themselves.
I ordered burgers with fries, but the fries were cold and the burgers were completely wrong, despite me repeating my order twice.
The food wasn't piping hot and I won't be returning. The portion sizes have gotten smaller since my last visit and the prices have gone up significantly.
