beautiful crispy fresh catlamas made at the weekend of 8 o'clock. Moreover, they have some amazing mint and red Chutney sauces. This place has been there for a long time. my enkelin has been loading in these since its foundation in the 1980s. I would definitely recommend this place for family and friends. View all feedback.

the political service of the hearts behind the counter has always a smile on his face. Sunday morning is when I go to get my fresh catlamas that is very beautiful. View all feedback.
Definitely not going here again, the staff member threw a toilet roll in the bin and put his hand in the bin to make space. He then served a customer straight after without washing his hands, I cancelled my order and walked out. Disgusted by this place, its a No Go
Tasty and overall enjoyable curry. Chicken diapza, which was great. Special rice, not sure what was special about it, it was fine but far from amazing and have to admit it was a strange selection of rices available, no vegetable, no mushroom or anything else like that available. pashweshi naan was pretty good and tasty but a little greasy. We did have a sweet cannot remember the name but told its made by frozen condensed milk, can't say I will be having that again, it wasn't great and frozen like a brick. Overall enjoyable food and for the price of course would go again, only about £20 for 2 of us. However service needs to be looked at, had similar service from other establishments like this and they don't get it right at all. Always feel like the food is just thrown on the table and young waiter removing the water from the table whilst we was still eating is just rude! Toilets ok, but not amazing, someone had watered down vastly the last little bit of handsoap! Seriously can they not afford to shop at Lidl next door for a new one?
I have been visiting the Shereen now for about 40 years and have seen many changes of owners and chefs and I can honestly say that I have never ever had a bad meal !! Starters, main courses and even the sweets have always been very tasty and meat has never been tough or chewy like some restaurants. I moved out of Birmingham about 12 years ago to the Cotswolds area but I still drive to the Shereen at least once a month to eat there and also bulk buy a few curries. Can’t speak highly enough of the restaurant.
Someone recommended this place for a katalama. went there I gotta say is the worst katalama I ever tasted the meat in there is mushed up whatever they use not mince meat and that red dipping sauce taste like blood I say that cause it had a rusty taste as soon as I dipped it in and tasted it I was put off straight away. But I only had a katalama and sauce from there that's not to say the rest off the food is not nice. Also they are friendly in there. but in my experience leaving food out next to the door not covered up is not good there's flies flying about from the rubbish left on the street not saying it's this places rubbish but still
First class. Beyond merely a restaurant, this is a lifestyle and I'd forgotten about the sweets. Don't go anywhere else in the area. This is THE one.
