I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit to this restaurant after not being in the area for a long time. The exterior is clean and freshly painted, now serving as the Riland Sports Café. Inside, the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. The staff member serving was very friendly and helpful. They offer a wide variety of breakfast items, including veggie options, all at affordable prices. The coffee I ordered wa... View all feedback.
What Docmatt doesn't like about Riland Cafe:
It's been two years since my last review and after using them quite a few times we've decided to give then a miss from now on. They try their best and they are cheap but it's just the quality of the food. The bacon is the cheapest they can lay their hands on and so are the sausages. Even the bread is sub standard. I'm not saying don't go in there I'm just saying it's the food equivalent of Poundland. View all feedback.
The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional, especially the breakfast sandwiches. The dishes are always served hot and the prices are very reasonable, offering great value for the portion sizes. I have no complaints about this place, absolutely fantastic!
I visited this cafe and was treated as special. I m gluten intolerant and find it difficult to find places that cater for me. the staff were very helpful and the food was excellent and a good portion. excellent service
A random stop for a hot sandwich. The best bacon and egg sandwich I have had for a long time. Freshly cooked hot and soft egg just as I ordered. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10
I had a ham sandwich on brown bread with salad. The bread was so fresh and soft as was the salad nice and crispy and fresh, bargain at £2 compare that to greggs where the sandwiches are refrigerated making them hard. You must try normal sandwiches here they are super.
Top quality food, the guys down there are really friendly, chatty best breakfast iv'e had for a while will be back!
