I guess that overall the food was 'fine ', but not worth the price tag. The chips were under done (or over done? Some were really jaw achingly hard to chew), and I think some hadn 't been cooked as they had some sort of flour batter on them still. Rest of the sides were 'fine ' but not massively flavoursome. Piccolino is one of the most authentic Italian restaurants I have been to in Birmingham.
I visited Piccolino yesterday for a quick lunch before heading to the Ladies Tennis at Edgbaston as part of a corporate event.
Nice eating, steak was delicious, excellent service from the waiting staff and great customer service counts so much.
