I was expecting authentic Chinese cuisine, but instead, the meat tasted like it was marinated in Indian curry. The hot pot was disappointing as well—just plain boiled water mixed with instant hot pot soup base, lacking any real flavor. The previous location was much better, but after the refurbishment and changes to the BBQ recipes and techniques, the quality has significantly declined.
