Kfc Birmingham Yew

The restaurant is in a great location with plenty of parking, but it can get really busy. Yesterday, they forgot a few items from my order. I was disappointed that I didn't receive an apology and had to wait while they fixed the mistake. However, when I returned to get the missing items, the customer service was excellent. They apologized and quickly rectified the situation. Mistakes can happen, but I was impressed by the professional and courteous way they handled it.
