Kfc - Birmingham

My son ordered popcorn huh in the age of 7 years with my order on eat. it was not in the order. the first girl on the phone told me it was all about the debt. then the manager came to the phone, refused to send my sons to dinner and said I had to take it over. coming back from a food industry, that is not the service I would expect.

Eating always arrives on time. it is always hot and well flavored. I can't fail the service. everything we do is come to the computer and submit our order. we never worry, because we know that our meals on...time it saves us time and time.

Not the best KFC I have visited. The last time I used the drive through and experienced poor and rude service from a female member of staff. Food was cooked to the right temperature, but looked like it was thrown together in a rush. I'll...avoid whenever possible in future.

Went back to pick up a meal and they were so kind and kept me up to date with the waiting time. Courtney is so down to earth and made the whole experience a right laugh. The lady with the blond hair who was on...drive through part also made a massive effort with me and I wasn’t even part of her section. I think they all love Maria lol! thank you for your service I really appreciate it! Food beautiful obviously!

Had the big bucket with wings and buzzing. I had thought to use the drive thru, but cars were on the double car chauffeur. determined to park and order. the ordering system was new to me, but the staff was very helpful. had to wait long. the food was hot and delicious. the chips were also good.
