The service at this restaurant is completely unacceptable. Are they serving fast food? Maybe, if you consider waiting 20 minutes fast.
The dining experience was enjoyable, but like other KFCs that are busy, there was a wait for the food.
The staff at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. If my order was wrong and I had to return it, they handled the situation very well.
