Second visit and unfortunately still not impressed. There’s only 2 staff and between them they can’t seem to figure out how to process an order, I had to go up and remind them of my drink and then they finally made it nearly 15 minutes after. Staff don’t have a pleasant attitude and I didn’t feel welcome. As nice as the drinks are I won’t be returning as they seem to have a very big lack of passion here. (Colmore Row... View all feedback.

Excellent double decaff macchiato and coffe walnut cake. Expensive at over 8 GBP, 8.05 to be exact. Enough comfy chairs, reasonably comfy, that I felt I could stay as long as I liked. Would return.

Lovely place and staff, always go there to do work, they have good work area downstairs. Also a good place to go to with friends for coffee or tea.
I recently tried the coffee at the Birmingham Christmas Market and I must say it was fantastic. The flavor was pleasant with a unique smoky aftertaste that wasn't bitter. The size was just right, not too small or too large. Overall, a great choice for a takeaway coffee.
The restaurant offers excellent coffee and food, with very polite and efficient staff. There is a good selection of music playing in the background. Additionally, the location is perfect for a nice walk around Blythe Valley nature reserve.
The cafe offers a diverse coffee experience, featuring standout flavors and a cozy atmosphere ideal for study or relaxation. Patrons appreciate the excellent coffee and well-structured menu, though some lament the shift from fresh wraps to pre-packaged options. While many enjoy the inviting spaces with ample plugs, service inconsistency has left visitors disappointed, citing long waits and unfriendly staff. The presence of disruptive customers raises concerns about the environment. Overall, this cafe presents a blend of positive culinary experiences and service challenges, prompting mixed feelings about returning.
