Lovely looking place with friendly staff. I ordered the falafel panini which is labelled vegan on the menu. I was happy with the look of the food but noticed coleslaw on my plate. I asked staff whether this was vegan and they told me it wasn't and asked if I wanted it removed. As it didn't touch my panini I was happy to leave it and eat around it, but found this to be quite a serious matter as they are serving apparent vegan food which isn't actually vegan. I hope they can work to swap this on the vegan dishes in the future.

I wrote a review in Jan 2019 things seemed to be running pretty slickly then, and the earlier problems had gone.

Stopped for late brunch great menu for me Great coffee too. Very decent other snacks, salads etc and very well served. Much appreciated my brief stop here today. Thank you.

Passing the many crowded bars and chains close to snow hill station popped in out of rain. Laid back, cool decor. Excellent coffee and staff friendly. Food looks good- didn’t try. Will come back to do so

Nice atmosphere. Prompt service. Proper well presented Flat White. Pastrami sandwich tasty. Busy at lunchtime to to office area location. Worth a visit .
