This restaurant is a lovely spot for a sandwich or steak baked potato. The apple Danish is fantastic! The service was exceptional; Cheryl was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to grab a quick bite. View all feedback.
I'm here waiting for my food but the experience has been delightful! A lovely friendly bunch of guys\Gals and all with manners! Watching how they speak to all the customers. You guys should be well proud of yourselves
Easy access, short queues but they start to run out of popular food options; aside from that, the food quality is always quite good
Weekday staff are amazing.. Weekend staff are slightly slower less friendly.... manager needs to tie up her hair regardless of her role or duties.. either tie it up like other employee or cut it, I hope you don't make the sandwiches... early morning sandwich variety is poor

Several customers, myself included, had trouble communicating with the staff member who was serving that day. Although I could have overlooked it given the noise and rush, I observed my friend being spoken to in an unkind manner when she inquired about her order. This made her feel uncomfortable and embarrassed to ask questions, which is not how a business should make its customers feel. In the past, when we've visited and purchased hot drinks, we sometimes missed out on the promotional snack offer that includes a snack (hot or cold) and a hot drink together. We noticed a blue disc in the window advertising this offer, but none of the staff members had ever mentioned it to us during our previous visits. If this were a professional establishment, I would have expected this information to be communicated clearly. For customers like me who have hearing difficulties, the bustling environment can be overwhelming. I remember trying to read the tiny print of the offer through the window while waiting in line, which required extra time to comprehend. It's unreasonable for customers to feel pressured to place orders based on information that should be readily available to the staff without needing to scan through disclaimers. When I made my selection, the man taking my order bizarrely asked if I wanted the same drink I’d already ordered. Thankfully, he checked, as it would have been wasteful for me to pay for an extra drink I didn’t want. My friend also had a somewhat frustrating interaction when she asked if soup was included in the offer. The response she received was dismissive and seemed to imply that she shouldn't even consider pairing a hot drink with soup. After all, what if someone has difficulty chewing? It’s not for the staff to decide what options suit a customer’s needs. To add to the context, I haven’t been able to chew properly since January due to a serious nerve condition affecting my jaw. This is a significant issue that makes navigating menus and orders challenging, particularly in a noisy environment. In summary, it can be disheartening to be met with unhelpful attitudes when all customers want is a pleasant experience. My friend and I simply wish for staff to treat everyone kindly and ensure they are knowledgeable about the promotions. A little politeness and clarity can go a long way. Thank you for your attention to this.
