There’s a fine line between burnt and raw, and as a professional cook, your goal should be to find that perfect balance! Rejecting a toasted flatbread because it was burnt, broken in half, and spilling its contents doesn’t mean I want the next one to be undercooked. I really don’t understand how you have so many positive reviews but no customers. Perhaps the other chip shop you’re competing with is doing a better job, and as a result, you’ve lost all your business—including mine—and had to close down, right?
I decided to try this place for a change and was very impressed. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The fish and chips were delicious, featuring a nice, proper piece of white fish in a lovely batter. I will definitely return. It's absolutely worth a visit!
The food was good, but the experience was marred by the loud staff and their shouting children.
