This hotel is beautiful and just a 5-minute walk from the German market and all local attractions. Check-in was quick, and our room was clean, with a sofa for the kids. I want to give special thanks to the staff for preparing a welcome surprise with balloons and a card for my little one, as it was his birthday. You truly made his day unforgettable. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a nice variety. We will definitely return for Easter!
We had a wonderful stay with great staff! The room was a bit worn, but the beds were comfortable and both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Although we didn't want our room to be serviced, the housekeeping staff was quite persistent in offering fresh towels and supplies. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I'd like to give a shout-out to the employees who went above and beyond!
I visited this hotel over the weekend to celebrate my jubilee. The location is excellent and has become even better in recent years due to a noticeable decrease in rowdy behavior on Broad Street. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcomed us warmly. The parking situation is somewhat challenging with limited access, but that’s not enough to warrant a lower rating. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the hotel is conveniently located near many popular spots in central Birmingham!
Amazing personal. the people in the retreat were incredibly helpful and friendly. the rooms were impeccable, really clean and tidy. the breakfast had a large selection of options and the novotinis from the bar were the most beautiful cocktails I had in one. not to recommend this hotel, not to mention that the location is absolutely perfect.
Went in on Saturday evening with a friend for a drink and we have an excellent time. Sebastian made very yummy cocktails and provide fantastic customer service which is very rare on busy Saturday night in the city centre. We had great laugh with him and we will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Sebastian!
