The owner is friendly yet slightly creepy, reminding me that he has been doing this before I was even born. He mentioned his wife also had a hand in running the business. The interior was tidy and well-kept, and with the owner's assistance, I selected my dishes and decided on the level of spiciness I preferred. The food was exceptional and unlike any other Chinese dishes I had tried before. It was not greasy or overly salty, but had a rich, flavorful taste. The black beef was incredibly juicy and tender, with generous portions. The chicken chow mein was one of the best I've ever had. The prices were also very reasonable. In conclusion, this is a hidden gem serving healthy, delicious, authentic Chinese cuisine that has stood the test of time. Don't be deceived by its simple exterior – this place is a must-try!
