I stopped by and purchased some of their Easter treats. They offer vegan-friendly chocolates, which is fantastic since I have a friend who is lactose intolerant, allowing me to buy chocolate for them. While their products can be a bit more expensive than supermarket chocolates, it's due to the higher quality. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! View all feedback.
Beautiful personal .if there are customer service awards, they should go to this load. the workers smile always n happy it is such a warm welcoming atmosphere. Thank you. oh n l do love the chocolate too!
Big shout out to the staff of Hotel Chocolat,New Street for the helping us, The Stonehouse Gang Youth Club. The free chocolate tasters were amazing!! And helped us with part of our mystery tour/scavenger hunt. I will definitely be back in the near future to buy from yourselves.
If you are a lover of real hot chocolate then this the place for you. There are various blends of chocolate available which will be appreciated by aficionados. Staff were pleasant, helpful and welcoming. There is a sitting area at the rear if the shop as well as an area with chocolate goods and gifts for purchase. Not expensive, but I'd have loved a brandy to accompany my drink, either on the side or poured into the chocolate.
VIP App allows 20% discount off all their drinks so I always take advantage of this when I’m in the city. So delicious and full of 70% chocolate, weekend treat for sure!
I was pleasantly shocked by the calibre of taste in chocolate served here. It wasn't just sweet but it had notes and depth which I've never really tasted before. I would definitely recommend you visit here, especially on a cold winter day. Warm your heart up by their depthful, unique chocolate.
