Contribute FeedbackCote, a cherished dining destination for many, continues to attract patrons with its warm atmosphere and exceptional service, particularly at the Birmingham location. While the location by the canal adds charm, recent visits reveal a troubling trend: rising prices coupled with a decline in food quality. Although the ambience and staff remain commendable, some dishes, like the Bretton chicken, have disappointed due to their size and quality. The restaurant offers excellent gluten-free options, appealing to those with dietary restrictions. Overall, while Cote still garners positive reviews for its service and dining experience, some diners are reconsidering their frequency of visits.
Always like côte, but ordered the special filet steak, which was expensive and not so beautiful. my daughter vegan dish was very good, although
Service, eating and drinking were all very good. it was too time very loud, and this may not correspond to all customers. that said this restaurant is highly recommended.
Great eating, fast service, beautiful ambiente and very friendly staff.
Lovely restaurant, food was excellent and the staff friendly anD very knowledgeable. Nice setting, even better if it was warm enough to sit outside.
We have been visiting Cote around the country for years and always liked the place and the food. The last times though we felt the price had gone up and the quality down. The Birmingham staff are always excellent! Last time though the Bretton chicken was dry and small. The tiny pot of chips mean and the extra charge mushroom sauce very poor. We will leave it a while before returning.
