This is my favorite restaurant! The staff is excellent and the coffee is amazing.

Usual Nero experience. Pleasant staff, clean, comfy seating (if 4 seats and 2 tables aren't took up by one person and their laptop! Fresh, good tasting food. Nice hot coffee. Me and 2 mates shared a coffee and one of the best egg mayo sandwiches we've ever had. 2 other friends had chicken salad sandwich and a mozarella panini, both said they were good

Visited today at 1pm, lady with the blue hair handled an incredibly rude customer well. Didn't deserve to be spoken to like that but she acted professional. Great service to us too, hope the rude man has a terrible day.
