Booked with tesco club card so very good value. enjoy eating and wine and service and atmosphere was excellent. will be visited again.
Unfortunately both netzens we ordered were not available. what we finally got was delicious, but only good value because I had a 40% discount good.
This was disappointing as we have been happy there before. It started badly because they did not have the booking through Open Table. Their fault or yours? As it happens they were quiet so it wasn't a problem. Then what we ordered was off the menu, we had to wait and they charged us for the fillet steak which they had told us was not available. Generally the service was poor given that the restaurant was not even half full. We told them we were disappointed and did not leave a tip.
The top table booking did not get through to the staff at the restaurant. Slightly stressing as we were with s 92 year old!! However we did get seated. Food average to poor service terrible. It may have been a bad day. Staffing or something but no real sppologies
