What Donna Ross likes about Cafe Neo:
Charming little café located in the jewelry district, perfect for a quick coffee. It was quite popular and busy, yet the staff managed to keep everything running smoothly while being friendly and attentive. They truly have a great team here. I noticed some delicious items being served, and the restroom is clean and well-maintained. The garden area is definitely a lovely spot to relax if you find yourself in the jewel...
