Love it here, one of my favourite places to eat when I'm in Birmingham. Staff are very friendly, amazing atmosphere and does not disappoint. Meals are a good portion and very tasty. Would highly recommend. View all feedback.
I've been visiting this place a lot since I've been working in the area. I have to say that their customer service is always excellent and they keep the place neat. The prices are fair and they serve large portions.
What a treat! On September 23rd, I brought my daughter to Birmingham BellA Italia for lunch. We were greeted by a beautiful lady who explained all new procedures regarding Covid, also showed us sanitary stations and explained about disposable menus. She made us welcome, but especially certain, she wore mask and sanitising her hands, although our meal. We saw their sanitary tables and chairs, also doors and chip and pin devices. We chose your set menu 3 course meal for £15.99 and what a great choice! Food was delicious! Definitely good value for money. Lady's name that served us, I think, was Nadia . Very polite, professional and attentive! I hope to come back very soon.

5 stars because staff was friendly and helpful, and the carbonara overtook widely my expectations.
