Beefeater Longbridge - Birmingham

Service was appalling, took nearly an hour to get our food after taking the order and made to feel it was our own fault for ordering a well done fillet as they take longer to cook. Vegetables, mushroom and tomato came out cold, and by cold I would say straight from the fridge, and these took another 10 mi utes to replace with some Luke warm ones, and to top it off the waitress said they originals were still warm, making us out to be liars. The fillet steak had gristle running through it, not a good cut at all. Been to may beefeaters, and have had plenty of good meals, however this one has left a bitter taste, didn’t even get an apology or offer of discount on the meal. Would not recommend and will never return

Longbridge team Thankyou.Lovely meal .Lovely service .I have my very own gluten free menu .Great choice of food .Husband had vegan burger and chips .I opted for a gf stacker burger with triple cooked chips .Wow was so happy to have a brioche gf bun .Cooked to perfection.To go to a restaurant and have a gluten free menu and for the staff to know what you are talking about is extremely amazing for me .Shall defo go back .Thankyou again .

Despite a notice on the door saying due to staff issues no food was being served between 3 and 6pm we decided to wait the hour and a half and have a drink while we waited. Billy served us and was very apologetic about the food and gave excellent customer service. Just after 6pm the food came out and was lovely. Would highly recommend this pub and we will be back soon. Credit due to Billy, you are doing a fab job, I have been in pub trade for 15 yrs and would love to have had a Billy work for me, creme de la creme!!!!

We visited this morning at 10am to see if we could get breakfast and the waitress told us they were only taking bookings because of a problem with one of the ovens. I went outside and booked a table on my phone and went back...
