Was Michael Brown at Artisan a mag?
The dessert was astonishing; I had the rose court, which was divine. The service was excellent, and I was able to sample a variety of delicious desserts from the menu, each quite different from what you'll find at other places. The staff, especially Shahid, was very friendly, helpful, and polite. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely return and would recommend this place to everyone. What Michael Brown dislikes about Artisan:
Can't get enough of the creations this place has to offer!! Mind blowing desserts that you'd never dream of eating on Ladypool Rd ! The signature fudge sundaes are to die for . Just try it and you'll know what I mean. Keep up the good work Ali !! View all feedback.

The atmosphere was competitive, yet everyone was incredibly helpful. We received pleasant service and, despite the busyness, my family and I felt warmly welcomed, seated, and served with smiles. The restaurant boasts beautiful decor and is well-presented overall. The restrooms were impressively clean, especially considering the crowd, and the hygiene standards were excellent. The desserts had a delightful twist, all tasting fresh and made with a personal touch. I was surprised to learn that the 'cook' terrace had been featured on television and was a finalist on a show; my wife mentioned it while we were there. After speaking with the manager, I found out that a new menu is in the works. I really enjoyed this innovative fusion cuisine, which is still emerging in Birmingham, but with places like Artisan pushing boundaries, I hope locals will begin to appreciate the finer aspects of dining, in contrast to the usual concrete offerings. This is one of the best dessert places I've visited this year (and I've visited a few), and I will definitely return to try their afternoon tea session.

The shop layout, setting, service desserts are 5 stars! This was our 1st time as a birthday treat for my son who waited over a year to come here . The only thing disappointing was the ‘Mughal Kheer’.. Totally runny distasteful .
