A truly authentic hipster pub, effortlessly cool and bustling with creative individuals. The atmosphere is fantastic, enhanced by excellent live music. Very quiet for a playday that surprised me as it used to be very busy in deed. Guess the falling amount of St Andrews has contributed. Another big pint of Guinness though xx
Cool Irish pub in Birmingham. Came along to their Tuesday Jazz Evening and had a great time. Music started at around 8:30pm

Brilliant pub with amazing selection of beers for all tastes whether craft or trad. Good selection of Belgian beers too. The landlord is a hoot and really makes the visit personal and special, at least in my experience! Try the Gravedigger mild. It's a fantastically well made mild with a silky texture and light, yet prominent woody/nutty flavour from the malt but the beer is light enough to enjoy as a session. A well kept secret is that the landlord still sells this beer at £2.10 due to making a drunk promise 5 years ago that he wouldn't raise the price of it. Excellent Irish pub with great selection of beer and interesting decor. Very enjoyable experience
