Wing It - Birmingham

I’m really puzzled as to why this restaurant has received good reviews. I strongly advise against eating here. My nachos had hair in them, the chicken wings were tiny—about the size of a quarter—and nearly burnt. The Philly cheesesteak lacked any seasoning, and the fries were disappointing. My family and I like to try out different restaurants, but we will definitely never come back here. Since the food was delivered, I couldn’t return it, but unless you’re okay with finding hair in your meal, I would recommend steering clear of this place. Everything went straight in the trash. This place needs to be shut down!

You won't find better wings than these in Birmingham! They are made fresh to order, and it's clear that they really know what they're doing. The family running the restaurant is incredibly kind and always serves with a smile. I really hope they open a location closer to me so I can enjoy their delicious food and excellent service more frequently!

On my last visit, I ordered the lemon pepper chicken. However, when I pulled it apart, it was pink inside. I chose to eat it anyway because I didn’t want to waste my money, and I thought that since it’s a restaurant that specializes in chicken, I wouldn’t get sick. Unfortunately, the next day I suffered from food poisoning. I was doubled over in pain, had severe diarrhea, and felt extremely fatigued. I even had to miss school because of it. They really need to improve their standards.

I placed a call in order was told my order would be ready in 10 mins. I arrived at the location and paid waited about 15 mins when they realized I was still sitting there. The little Asian lady got an attitude because I requested a refund AFTER she said they was JUST MAKING MY FOOD. Don?t waste your time. Happy I didn?t get it there was 4 roaches on their counter crawling as I was getting my refund

Well for one the prices have significantly increased. Also I noticed other customers adding lots of seasoning to their food. At first I was confused but once I ate my wings I figured out why. I ordered a 10-piece lemon pepper and hot half and half. The wings were terribly under seasoned and lacked flavor. I had to go back in and add seasoning which is not good for a customer. This place used to be very good but now, not so sure. But the peach tea was wonderful!
