Great place for healthy and delicious food! Cashier was friendly to assist me as I was overwhelmed with a great selection. I opted for a sandwich and soup combo and was not disappointed. Great place to eat with seating inside and outside.Food: 5/5

In town for work at the Birmingham Civil Rights institute and this wonderful lunch option was just a few blocks away. They have a large outdoor seating area to enjoy the beautiful downtown views. The service was top notch. The food was great six coworkers and I went here and everyone enjoyed their lunch.Food: 5/5

Don’t order through doordash unless you don’t want your full order delivered…I have to have doordash refund me for something every time I order. I love their food but they’re somehow incapable of ensuring you get your order as it is ordered. And before someone replies that its the dashers fault, no it isn’t because I’ve had an Urban Cookhouse employee explain their system but it clearly doesn’t work.

In town on business and asked my customer for a lunch recommendation healthy food.. They both told me to go to Urban (a quick 10 minute walk). They were right! Had a salad with Applewood bacon and grilled chicken. Outstanding! The staff were all upbeat and caring for a packed house. This place was yummy. I had buffalo chicken wrap and salad (half and half combo). Very reasonably priced also.Food: 5/5
