Taqueria Juarez - Birmingham

I am from out of town and was looking for some good tacos. I ordered from Uber and I will say the menu was a little misleading. The menu for “tacos” should be changed to “taco”. I didn’t realize one taco was $3.50 but because the menu was not very specific I ordered two just in case I was only buying one. I’m from a place where we get tacos for about $1.50- $2.00 max so I was hoping the “tacos” meant at least two. Anyways, overall , these tacos were great. I think the tortilla needed a little more flavor. Especially if we get two tortillas per taco. A pinch of salt would go a long way but other than that they were great. Also I am not a fan of the cucumbers.. maybe update the menu on Uber so that we can exclude unwanted items to reduce food waste.P.s the green sauce was ? so good!

I literally just bought 3 chicken tacos for lunch and I 'm about to go right back up there for dinner!! The sauces were spicy, so if you are sensitive to the fire, dont do it??! The peanut and verde sauces were my favorite out of the three. Overall, so good and Mi Amigo was soooo polite!! New spot!!

The best steak tacos I have ever tasted. It’s seasoned to perfection. I’m not a taco person but my husband loves it so I got a couple of tacos and I’m sold on their authentic tasting tacos. Sorry no photos … it was too good! Lol

The staff was very friendly and happy to talk with you. Tacos are my go-to when trying a new truck. I ordered campechano, pastor, and asada tacos. They were good, but could use a bit more flavor especially the pastor. However, they were packed.

Best tacos in town…don’t just think chicken or steak…go with the lengua or cabeza or cachete…will knock your socks off! The 3 salsas they serve with them are also packed with flavor heat. Absolutely delicious!
