Satterfield's - Birmingham

The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. It's cool that you can see what is going on in the kitchen. The food was very good, we had a steak and the scallops. For the quality of the food and service, it is very reasonably priced.

I was truly impressed by the customer service at Satterfield's. When we made a reservation for my birthday on a Monday, a private event was taking place, so we booked a table in the bar area. However, two weeks before my birthday, they called to inform me that they had to cancel our reservation because the event organizers wanted to rent out the entire space, including the bar. Instead of merely apologizing for the inconvenience, Satterfield's went above and beyond. They generously offered us two three-course meals and made our birthday dinner a few days later absolutely wonderful. They even had custom menus printed for me, and the wait staff provided excellent service. The food was delicious, and their wine list was impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful meal combined with exceptional service.

This was an absolutely fantastic meal. Every part of the dining experience, from the appetizer to the beef tenderloin and the strawberry-lemon tart, was exceptional! The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was delightful, and the chefs truly impressed. Did I mention how remarkable this place is?

I absolutely love this restaurant! The veal short ribs are truly "lick your plate" delicious! Our waiter, Andrew, provided exceptional service and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu offerings. The only downside was a large group seated in the center of the dining room who were quite loud. It would have been better if they had been placed in the bar/lounge area to allow for a more peaceful atmosphere for those of us hoping for a quiet evening.

This was our first time dining here and it was excellent! The service was amazing and everything was timed perfectly. We had the coddled egg appetizer and the snapper and bolognese carbonara for dinner. The carbonara is now on my husband's top 10 of all time! We highly recommend it!
