The people who work here are the sweetest people ever! I ordered a Caramel Cake from Ricky J’s, bc I had read a review that the caramel cakes were amazing. The caramel cake I had was a good cake (3 Stars), the icing was good and creamy, the cake itself was not as moist as I am use to from other bakeries around the area. Fantastic. This beautiful family has the best bakery around. They are super friendly, and you can't go wrong with anything they do. We often go there for their pounds of cake, competition four and cinnamon rolls. We also ordered our daughter's first birthday cake. Taste was top notch, and it looked amazing. I can't recommend it enough.
Stopped by today and was greeted by such sweet people! Their carrot muffins topped with nuts are soo good. I didn’t even notice how I finished one so quick?
