What User doesn't like about Purple Onion:
Wanted to be able to have a positive experience after not going here in many years. Walked in at 7:30 on Thursday night and maybe 2-3 other people dining. Not crowded. Gave order and waited and waited and waited. Finally after 30 min, I just left. Nobody ever told me why it would take so long. Sorry purple onion. Not a good look View all feedback.

The parts were very large. The food was well prepared. From the Rave reviews, we had expected a traditional restaurant, not a fast food for such a big place... it was clean and tidy. The food was brought out and well presented. All together it was a pleasant experience.
The food was good. Friendly staff that was quick to help. Enjoy the Philly Cheesesteak it is with taste and a Turkey Melt (my go here)
Good burgers, beautiful chicken pieces, but the waiting period is so long and the customer service is only 'ok ' I ordered a meal and asked for an ice water, but the lady in the register refused. Ice water is free. They are also expensive.
Absolutely best burgers around!! My family loves to come every other week at least! Totally recommend everybody to come try their burgers, they have variety of them and a big menu to choose from ?
