Planet Smoothie - Birmingham

I came before work to find out that nobody showed up this morning. Maybe you should open later so that your employees actually show up.

I usually go to the planet smoothie in Inverness, which is amazing, but I was in the neighborhood of the location on Oxmoor so that I stopped there. I was told that this place was not heard by the same people, and I could say that boy! I ordered the grape Ape as I usually do. The guy did it and it was horrible! It tasted like peanut butter. I took it back and he didn't flush out the mixer before he made my fruity smoothie. So he flushed the pitcher and made him new. The peanut butter ran outside the adjuster. The smoothie wasn't so great. He told me that the other place uses artificial sweeteners and not them. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I love Planet Smoothie. I've been having smoothies here for many years and I'll go on.

The smoothies here are great. Customer service is terrible and every time I decide to give this shop another chance and in hope of better service I will be even more disappointed. Could use better customer service.

My family wasr greeted. The young lady was sitting and using her phone. She acted as though we were interrupting her. She yelled What do you want! was enough for us to walk out without buying anything, we will not be back.
