Outback Steakhouse - Birmingham

Eating was good at outback. delicious potato soup and sweet. my sister and I enjoyed visiting both our meals. we had pasta and garnel. not complaining here. good service and a friendly family atmosphere. everything was good until a very rude customer and his companion complained about a $1 charge on the menu, but we didn't let them pamper our evening. it was her loss! daumen bis outback! good service! good food. beautiful atmosphere.

I remember the days when I ordered from this outback, was the biggest tasty bite! eating would be amazing and worth the gas and the time waiting for the trip out. Unfortunately, these days are so far away that they are not even in the back window. we ordered this place tonight and it was horrible! mcdonalds would have given us better food! we ordered two sirloins, a medium rare and a medium, both 8oz. they were not bigger than a cookie! then they gave us only a small teaspoon of garlic butter, for which they calculated $2 each! then eating was freezing. the only decent things we ate were the Cesar salads. it is absolutely ridiculous how bad they have become and it is just so disappointing. if they want steak or good eating similar to these, they simply go down to longhorn the road from outback. they still care about quality in contrast to this outback.

The waiter was great. eating was expensive and not good. had to send that back, because the first piece was as hard as jerky, I'm totally serious. the baked potato was good, but the steaks were good. for the bad prices I would expect a lot, much better.

Our dinner was wonderful. andrea j was our waitress. is she phenomenal?

Seasoned hot food,and great customer service from waitress
