Well first we were seated fast no wait at that time of day.. Yeah!! Then we were a little just a little on the slow side with our waiter. But omg the service was awesome food great and hot was just great our waiter was amazing amazing and nice very nice very nice and that makes you want to tip really good and he was such a wonderful joy to talk to just nice. What Dean Wuckert doesn't like about Olive Garden:
I ordered the build your own pasta. I got the spicy marinara. Now I love tasteful spicy foods but this marinara was nothing but jalepenos. I didnt enjoy it because how spicy it was. I ended up just eating the grilled chicken. I should have reordered but seemed like the waitress was already having a bad day! View all feedback.
Good food, great service. I just arrived in Birmingham and was looking for a place to eat near the airport before starting a 90 minute drive to my destination. I found this location of the Olive Garden using the Urban Spoon app on my iPhone, and really enjoyed my meal. I had the new chicken veg lasagna entree, along with the classic Olive Garden salad and a strawberry/mango lemonade that really hit the spot. Coffee and a nice small desert at the end and I was ready to hit the road. My server was very friendly and accommodating, and I felt well looked after, but never hassled.<br/ <br/ I would definitiely recommend this location of the Olive Garden if you are looking for a good, Italian style meal close to the Birmingham Airport (BHM).

Top-notch service with attention to minute detail. As much as I loathe in general chain restaurants, this is a major exception. They are attentive and helpful. The food is always served in huge portions, and I always have a take- home box. For instance, when I was recently there, I was ordering within an hour of closing, and some snafu in the kitchen made my appetizer (stuffed mushroom) late, so without any mention, they comped me the dish. And were so apologetic. <br/ <br/ The food is always hot when it is supposed to be and cold when it needs to be. Even the plain spaghetti and meatballs is a delight. The chicken dishes are particularly good. I think most of the seafood dishes are unnessesarily creamed or alfredoed to death, I just ask for no sauce or to put it in the side. <br/ <br/ This particular OG is a delight--I hope you enjoy their menu soon.
Like it. Somehow i always get a good meal and a very nice service there... in my wildest dream I could imagine a tender spot for a chain restaurant
Been to this Olive Garden many times. Service has always been exceptional and people very friendly. Messed up our order one time and took care of it immediatly and professionally.
