Teresa and I drove through the trip through Friday night and it was the worse service and ever eat. everything was bad before I ordered at all. so starving and nowhere else is open, there is very desperate. I have nothing good to say for everyone.

I made an online order tonight; my first time with the app. my father-in-law wanted some crystalers and asked me to bring him. I set my order at 16:10 clock to 17:30 clock -order 83476549654784. when I came to get my food, the sign that the restaurant was closed until further notice. I couldn't believe that when my online order was taken and 3 employees were on the inside (one seemed to be eating manager, two sitting down and one outside the smoking). when I went to the door, I was greeted with "we are closed vs". how can I help them after trying to explain my situation, the manager or whoever was responsible, always told me I don't know anything about online orders or the app. they shouldn't have taken the order because we've been closed since 3. we probably won't get up again and run until 7. look out there for a number to see how they get their money back. I can't see anything now. 6 do not know what a service that was, but the interaction lacked empathy and professionalism. I need my refund. please check their security system to validate my concerns. The Crystal near me closed and I have missed them. Great service and delicious burgers. I'm a senior and grew up eating these so I will always enjoy them.
