I recently had the opportunity to try the hibachi dishes prepared by three of the chefs at this restaurant, and I must say, the quality and service were consistently excellent! The food was delicious and the portions were generous - you definitely won't leave hungry! The chefs put on entertaining hibachi shows, making for a fun dining experience. Tried to call to place to-go order they had a automated voice mail saying they were on lunch and to call back. It was 7pm. Came in store to place order and stood at bar for over 25 minutes without being acknowledged at all. I understand being busy but there is no excuse for not acknowledging a customer especially when all I was trying to get was soup. Never coming back even if the food is good. View all feedback.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend and I ordered food and were very disappointed when it arrived. The rice was overcooked and mushy, despite our request for double rice without noodles or sweetener. We received noodles instead, along with an extra side of noodles. When I tried to return the food, the manager was extremely rude. I asked for a remake, which was denied, and then requested a refund, which was also refused. So I can't get a refund, and they won't remake the order? I informed the manager that I would dispute the charge with my bank. The manager responded by saying, "Fine, just don't order here next time." No apology was offered. As a first-time customer, I will not be returning. With such a negative and hostile attitude from the manager, this business will surely fail.
We had a wonderful birthday meal at Cobe. There were six of us, and we sat with another couple. This was only my second time dining at the new location, as opposed to the original site. The atmosphere at the new location is definitely lacking compared to the original. When we visited in April, they still had Christmas lights and snowflakes hanging on the deck, and lucky cookies were served in a Halloween cauldrun. The lights above our Hibachi table were not working, which detracted from the experience. However, our Hibachi chef was very entertaining and friendly. He made the entire experience worthwhile despite the shortcomings of the restaurant. He engaged us in conversation and made us feel welcomed. I believe we will return for special occasions, but it is disappointing compared to the original location. I am giving it four stars solely based on the chef's performance.
Eating is delicious. the administration is terrible. I have been here for over 20 years at this place and the previous place that caught on the fire. my last visit, the manager who took all the names and paid to wait to take the place was absolutely the rude person I ever met my mother. she told us we had to wait an hour and we said that was good. After we had waited an hour, my mother went up to ask how far we were down on the list to let sit. the manager said to my mother, she could go because she appeared five times and asked about our table. my mother wasn't even up and asked and she didn't even put our names in my sister. the woman sat no one in the lobby for over 45 minites after 8 to 10 tables. they made a group that had a reservation for 7 o'clock had wait until after 8 o'clock place. my mother said she's never gonna eat here again. I'd suggest mt. fuji on the road if you want hibachi. they lost six 20 years of customers tonight.
The food was very good.. Our cook was awesome and very friendly. But no one came to collect our bowls and plates from the appetizers, soup and salad. So we had to move everything to the end of the table and still nobody picked it up.. No one ever refilled our drinks. So after we ate, they brought out the cake I asked them to hold , that was very nice of them I appreciate that, but once again no one collected the plates from our entrée, so we had to work around all that stuff to try to eat the cake. There was a gratuity already on the check bc it was ten of us and I get that part BUT the service was not good enough for the 16.00 gratuity that was on my check. And the crazy thing about it all they weren't even busy, so I'm like whats the problem. I love to try new restaurants and don't mind paying for good food and service. So I say all that to say the food was good but the service was not worth 16.00 gratuity..
