What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I ordered the wrong item and didn't realize it until I got home. I tried calling the restaurant 8 times to rectify the situation, but they never answered. I drove back to the restaurant, which took me 10 minutes, and they were extremely rude when I informed them of the mistake in my order. The food was rated 1 out of 5 stars. View all feedback.
When you walk in the restaurant is very clean. The only issue was one employee was a little rude at first but everyone else was great. One even checked on is while we were eating.
The young man at the drive thru was very very kind and professional. I was excited about my 3 potpies because Bessemer never have potpies or grill chicken..thank you young man
This location has come a long way. It's been totally remodeled. And when the ladies are working things run smooth. Slower than usual. But you can see the progress....

The service was terrible. The manager made unnecessary comments about how to find the restaurant. The food was not good. He paid more attention to me than necessary, even though I had placed a simple order at the drive-thru, and then got my order wrong.
