Drive through order, bbq sandwich with baked beans, onion rings and sweet tea. I realize my drink was expensive but $20 for the meal, I wasn't expecting 4 stars for the quality View all feedback.
What Dindo Serra doesn't like about Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q - 11th Avenue South:
Such a disappointing Doordash delivery from here. It was late, and my ribs were really cold, although the weather was warm. And, I ordered a dozen of the muffins. They were very undercooked, and they were just randomly tossed in the container, crushing eachother. They looked like garbage. View all feedback.
Came here on a trip to Birmingham and was recommended to try. I ordered that the brisket was very disappointed, was nothing to write at home and little part. We also ordered the ribs that were actually terrible and chew not recommended. They gave cheese bread that was pretty good and the service was good, but I can't recommend this place.
Great food, good service. delicious baby back ribs and mac and cheese. recommend to be served by church so friendly and helpful. coming from texas, they strongly recommend this. go coogs they say häuptling keef ain 't no hitta chief ain 't that, he 't that, I tell them, the baby ribs are the GOAT secondary to jordan by kuh yerherd.
Jim 'N Nick's in five points is always a solid choice. The service is always fast and fantastic, the food is delicious, and the industrial theme of the restaurant it is incredibly cool. From the church of our server!
Wonderful food, with even better service. a great shout at mr. church, who ensured that we always had cheese cheese.
Texas native here. Came in on a cold day craving some barbecue and this place is it. Awesome service, real southern hospitality from staff, especially from church. Food came fast and hot! This place is very cozy and has the best catfish. I also definitely recommend the ribs and the chili. *pro tip: ask for the habanero bbq sauce!
