Griddle House - Birmingham

If you enjoy cigarette smoke while eating, this is the place. I do not! The food was fine and customer service was really good, but just terrible atmosphere with people smoking cigarettes inside.

Really enjoyed breakfast at this Griddle House. It has a homey atmosphere and staff is friendly and very receptive. Food was delicious, freshly made, and my son and I cleaned up our plates. I’m from NY and wish I could find this restaurant with the same staff, patrons, and everything else in my neck of the woods. Bacon was crispy, eggs were moist without being runny, grits were tasty, and my coffee was just perfect! If you’re in the area or passing through make sure to check them out! You won’t be disappointed!Will definitely return. Ext time I visit Birmingham.

This is not the same neighborhood Griddle House that I remember when I lived around the corner 5 years ago. A 'griddle house ' that could not make a pancake or waffle at noon! Sad...
