Ginza offers the best sushi in Birmingham! The spicy tuna is incredible, and the Korean BBQ provides a fantastic experience for a night out. It's easy to prepare and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the Ginza bulgogi or the spicy chicken. The steamed rice is wonderfully fluffy and tasty. The staff is incredibly friendly, and everyone seems to have a smile on their face. I would rate it a perfect 10/10! View all feedback.

If you have the option to go somewhere else, you should. It wasn’t the worst, but it was not good at all. A mediocre meal is putting it nicely. You can tell they are slightly understaffed to handle what they had to do I’m not going to criticize the service, they were all working hard to give the best experience they could. However, the food was awful. The only thing that was good was the kimchi and pickled radish. Th... View all feedback.
Oh my God! I'm sooo mad right now. This is by far the worst food and dining experience I've had in Alabama! I was told by both a server and supposedly the owner, that my food wasn't bad (cold, bland), that I just didn't know how to eat their food, therefore I was gonna be charged for everything I didn't eat. We got served cold bibimbap, mushy and cold and greasy spring rolls, tofu that was WET and had 0 seasoning AND was uncooked! This is a shameful establishment and I hope they don't stay in business for long.I had rated this establishment 5 stars in the past, what a joke.Vegetarian options: No vegan options, one vegetarian option, shameful.Dietary restrictions: They said they couldn't accommodate to my egg allergy
I tried ordering many times and the waitress ignored me many times and the food was very cold when it came out
Solid Lunch, Sushi, Hibachi or Bento Box all so good. Today Salmon Bento was on my mind, it's somewhere else now. All your favorite food groups in one place. Service was excellent. Many lunches and no dinners here, we will have to do dinner Korean style.
The owner and servers sucks, last time we were here the server never came around and never even refilled our drinks. So we wrote a generous note saying how we've served before but that was horrible and how we tip based off the quality of service. Then today we decided to come in to give it another shot and the asian man told us to get out bringing up how the owner doesn't want us back and said how we aren't welcomed. This place overall sucks, food is okay but the servers and management is horrible. If you get sushi it takes up to almost an hour just to get it and it's not even worth it. Especially the asian man, he is so rude and doesn't do anything besides have a poor attitude. Multiple times i've gone i've been able to add on extra meat to my food and i'll be charged extra which is okay. He then started to say how we aren't allowed to do that and we have to buy the entire meat bowl. We will never come back here, their management is horrible and as for what has happened today I wouldn't say they have enough room to be kicking people out with the very few customers they get. It happened the moment we walked into the store and there was nobody besides two people. Learn how to train your staff properly and maybe business could be better. However that's not the case, they like to talk poorly about people and it's just not a place where people would wanna eat. Never will recommend this place, speaking from the daughter whose father is very well known in the food industry in the entire birmingham. Don't waste your time and money coming here! Hospitality is key and they're lacking a lot of it.
I don't mind the wait.. as long as there's pride in the food put out .. I paid 13$ for fried calamari but instead I get leftovers clumped and burned.. I tossed them..Food: 1/5
