Loved the place, the inner atmosphere was very impressive from the lights to the colors to the tables. The waiter was super, very polite, the food was totally brilliant, we got the burger, it was cooked for perfection.... the drinks also rocked... I recommend this place 100

To be fair, we were early on a Wednesday, so the mood to judge is really not fair. But it's a beautiful place. The food was great, think about raised bar food. Burgers were at the top and we have 3 Aps to share. The Bourbon was so good I bought a bottle that went out of the door. The service was subpar, just before not being present. I was embarrassed that I brought my bosses there to be honest. It really felt like we were an inconvenience and something. Don't take 6:00 reservations if you don't want them, you know what I mean? But the drink was on the spot to stop.

This was a great find!!! It's one of the most upscale distilleries that I have been to outside of Woodford Reserve in Kentucky!!! Really nice seating areas for just conversation and then nice tables for dining. We enjoyed a couple of appetizers...Reuben egg rolls and tamales frijoles. Both were very flavorful and unique! Would definitely go back when we are in the area...maybe make it to happy hour. Service was great too!

The ambiance was fantastic. We had a larger party so we were given a private room off the main hub. This was perfect for our gang. The drinks were unique not just ordinary and we enjoyed seeing the creativity of bartenders. The service from our newly hired waiter was over the top, indicating they train the staff well. This to me is a sign of a fine establishment. We were all hungry and or food and drink arrived quickly. That was important to us. We also loved the food, the corn bread, asian chicken, and Brussel sprouts were fantastic appetizers, and our night kept rolling from there. You cant go wrong with those truffle fries and that burger ! This is a great place for after work, or group gathering! We'll go back for sure! David A Vestavia

This was our 3rd visit. The food and drinks were phenomenal. Caleb was an excellent host. The burger was quite possibly the best burger I’ve had in Bham. If you have a chance take the tour. We did it the last time we went and it was awesome. KP
