Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The waiter was pleasant, friendly and respectable. great everywhere! that was great. the problem I had when I was there was told that it was about 30 minutes waiting. After 45 minutes I went and asked for my table for 2. then she said if you need a table for 2 it will wait about 30-45 minutes. I reminded them that I was with the first group of waiters (which are already sitting and most of the second group also sat) and my reservation was conveniently lost. When I reminded her who I was, she found comfortable 'a table for me and my friend and put us down. I have no problem waiting for it, but it was the inconvenience of everything, and those who sat us asked us a few why we wanted to eat there at all. she was the only one who didn't feel welcome or appreciated you.

After the extremely long waiting we were just sitting for a really long time for our server. we understood it was busy and we were patient. when our server showed up, we put the order for drinks and our food. another server got us our drink that we appreciated. after another 30 minutes waiting time we could show our server for refilling and a few cookies while we waited. he told us that he is sorry, and the host should not sit in his section and he is not sure why they take us there. he has our cookies and refills. we noticed that people who sat after us already got their meal. after approx. 20 minutes came our server to tell us that our meal is not ready and it is always grounded on the kitchen. we asked how much longer and if it is worth waiting because we had to drive to the airport in a few hours. he said we shouldn't wait and we should just go. never thought I would spend 4 hours in cracker barrel and still not get my food

We had a wonderful time. ms. candy, our waitress, was fantastic. she showed great geduld with an rude customer at the table next to us. She was very nice to check us regularly and always double check before leaving the table, “Is this all?” we enjoyed our experience as a native in the cracker barrel after 280 and we will definitely come back. pecan pancakes and land ham are delicious! child-friendly: our waitress, woman candy, immediately brought us a seat adapter when she noticed that we had a baby carrier.

Just delicious every time we visit! sure if they come to 9 o'clock there, they will find it crowded

Our 3 generation family vacation ended on a less than perfect note when we decided to stop in at Cracker Barrel this past Saturday night on our way back home. We were looking forward to some veggies and home cooking. This restaurant was less than half full, so don't know why service was so slow! When I went to find our server 45 min after ordering, she was not in sight. One of the men working there asked if he could help, and magically he found our food in a couple minutes. But, it got worse from there! I ordered meatloaf which was almost cold, and I requested a refund. It was credited right away! I believe there were problems with kitchen and dining room staff that night. One of our party had the country fried steak, and said it was awful! Last, but not least, we had a 7 year old. It is terrible to do that to a young kid. Cracker Barrel is not always the best, but never worse than this night!
