The food was great. Stop while traveling. This location is very compact and a challenge to get to the parking lot with the type of traffic. If you park on one side, you have to go through traffic in the ride. There is a designated walkway, but noticed very few customers went down to the walkway, instead went between cars. Dined inside. They took our meals to the wrong table. Took about 20 extra minutes to get our food after bringing it to their attention. They apologized. After this I noticed the were doing a lot of apologies to other people in the dining area. To their defense it appeared to be a fairly new CFL. Maybe a learning curve issue. IDK. View all feedback.
Very rude salads, are old and no one can tell me when it's made. I asked for something else Bre the staff member got an attitude I called corporate I know chick fil a is better then this fix it
Chic fil a is the Cadillac of fast food restaurants. The system they use works almost seamlessly almost every time. We go there a lot! The food is great!
Ordered 4 breakfast Burritos today and got NO SALSA, even if the ticket states I would have received L 347 from 20.12.2013, p. 1). That was picked up by my grandson who didn't know he had Salsa with the Burritos. The order was picked up, so it should have been checked twice! Very disappointing.
Placed my order inside because I was having problems with the app. The young lady taking my order was very professional and personable. Never have any problems when I done here!
One of the rare trips that CFA let me down. I went inside for two frosted coffees as the drive thru line was backed up to the front of the store. I went inside and no customer at counter but an employee was there and immediately waited on me. I placed order and after about 5 minutes a lady asked was I waiting for food and I said no 2 frost coffees. I hear, ok sire well get it. another 5 minutes and another woman ask me what I was waiting for and told her 2 frosted coffees. Then I was told they are having to make the coffee. Meanwhile others were coming in and ordering and getting their orders. It took about 15 minutes to get 2 frosted coffees. I thought they should have comped me for such a long wait but no they did not offer. The young man at the register did offer me a soda since I was waiting so long and I took him on it. But this trip was dissappointing.
