Not sure the name of the woman on the drive thru window, but she was great!! Good customer service is a must in my book, and it exceeds my expectations! If I had money, I would've tipped her. It has fair skin, dark hair, an accent and above all a pleasant attitude! View all feedback.
What Marc Harber doesn't like about Burger King:
The second item we ordered was a chicken sandwich without mayo, but it came with only mayo and no lettuce. To top it all off, it took them another ten minutes to prepare our order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. View all feedback.
I had the worst service here this morning well I didn't even get service. I stopped at the Burger King location in Homewood Alabama off oxmore road this morning as I always do on my way to work. I waited in line for more than 15 minutes before I was able to make it to the intercom and they drive through and I sat there for about 10 minutes before I finally said hello I said hello twice and the lady rudely got on the intercom and told me that she heard me she knew I was there and I told her that she could have at least informed me that she needed a minute she immediately started yelling at me and said I was yelling at her which I was not and she told me that if I did not shut my mouth that she had the right to refuse me service and she did refuse me service so I drove off I am one of the managers at floor and decor our store managers gets breakfast for the whole store here at least once a month but we will not be coming there anymore the people that work in that establishment need a serious course on customer service I waited in that line for 25 minutes was late to work and was not able to even get service because of the rude employees that work there if I could give a 0 I would. Rude unprofessional management and staff I am embarrassed for the owner of this place they just lost alot of business
It was good. Had French toast sticks and hash brown crowns.The app is very finicky but it's awesome whenever it works.
This was absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever been to In My Life. Staff didn't care about this white boy. Also the atmosphere was very bleak. The Burger King I'm referring to is the one on Oxmoor Road at Green Springs Highway. I'll never go back to that location.
Terrible service. I received the wrong order. Will try my best to stay away from there.
Went thru the drive thru asked where the breakfast menu was, oh, it 's torn down, what do you want? Um, do you want the 2 for 4 or the 2 for 6? What? And she repeats it. I ask what they are and just repeats it again. I ask if that 's a biscuit or croissant or biscuit and she told me to figure it out so just left.
