Incredible food! They elevate breakfast to a fine dining experience, while still remaining friendly and comfortable. I began with coffee, juice, and a huge maple donut. For my main dish, I had the Oyster Scramble "Hangtown Style" which included scrambled eggs, onions, andouille sausage, tomatoes, potatoes, fried oysters, and Serrano chilies. I had the French toast, sausage patty meal. bee and bee. my French toast was not warm. Been meaning to try this regional chain for a while, and finally found a day and location that weren't absolutely packed! 15 minute wait for a table at noon on a Saturday, but we found two seats at the counter. Also a covered patio on the side. Food was ready very quickly despite the crowd, though. Nothing particularly elaborate or unique on the menu, but what they do, they do well. Ordered the Big Bad Skillet with a side of biscuit gravy, flapjacks, and a Breakfast Dude cocktail. The skillet, pancakes, and cocktail were great, the biscuit was excellent, and the gravy was good but light on sausage flavor.

They really take pride in their service and provided a great experience. The outdoor porch is very well done and the food was very good
The food was delicious, but the prices are a little steep for the portion sizes you receive.
I went to the restaurant for breakfast today. My server was initially not very friendly, but I overlooked it. I ordered a mimosa with pineapple, but when it arrived, it was very flat and not good. I told the server I just wanted a coke because the drink was flat. She said she would talk to her manager. When she came back, she said the manager checked and tasted the drink and said it was fine. I was not happy with this response because the drink was not only flat, but also unpleasant. The server's attitude towards me, an Asian/Chinese lady, made me feel like she thought I was lying. I avoided any further interaction with her and just wanted to leave. She needs to work on her service and communication skills. The wine selection also needs improvement. I assume the manager never came to the table to address the issue. The restaurant was not busy, so there was no excuse for the poor service. The food was okay.
